Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should be graduate from any renowned Institute, Education qualification may be considered only for the experienced candidate, with about five years of relevant work experience in garments trade or other relevant experience of apparel in a manufacturing/buying organization.
∎ Candidate should have proven leadership experience in developing team members and guiding factories in improving quality standards.
∎ A proven track record in terms of key performance indicators of customer claim/cancellation rate is a must and candidate should be able to work on improving quality from the perspective of end-consumer requirements.
∎ Computer proficiency and effective communication skill in English is essential.
