∎ Job Summary:
∎ This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team on various projects using an array of modern leading-edge technologies to deliver world class FinTech software targeting both domestic and international markets. Working within an agile environment you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance. In addition to writing quality code, you will also consider code maintenance and scalability.
∎ You will work alongside the Project Manager on defining and executing development requirements and priorities. As a Technical Leads you will be expected to have a hands-on-development approach and be solution driven to all technical issues. You will be responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solutions meets the technical specification and design requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ - Manage the timely delivery of complex technical projects with multiple interdependent workstreams in accordance with naztech project methodology.
∎ - Ability to manage more than one project at a time and proactively work with all areas of the business to ensure issues are unblocked quickly.
∎ - Plan, mange, control and close out the assigned project(s) to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
∎ - Manage and leading the project team and provide Final approval of the design specification.
∎ - Report progress regularly to internal project stakeholders and users in a concise and relevant way – escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
∎ - Work with PM to ensure accurate resource forecasting is being used to allocate resource across the portfolio.
∎ - Manage delivery from development team ensuring strong working relationships and adherence to contractual commitments.
∎ - Engage senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure they are part of successful project delivery.
∎ - Ensure Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
∎ - Identify and capture issues and risks proactively with a problem-solving attitude and ensure timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
∎ - Ensure that all relevant change control procedures (project, IT, operational) are adhered to during project delivery.
∎ - Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
∎ - Working with the Project Manager on the definition of development requirements and priorities.
∎ - Develop and maintain high quality project management documentation including detailed plans, risks, issues logs, change requests, bugs and other project software/tools required to work effectively and deliver project objectives.
∎ - Contributing to the ongoing development of the project standards, technical strategy including policy and procedures within naztech.
∎ - Development and operation of technical testing programs as well as the production of technical documentation to agreed quality standards.
∎ - Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs.
∎ - Be flexible working under changing and different working environments, travel or relocation may be required due to working with international clients.
∎ - Maintaining high team morale while ensuring a collaborative one team approach.
∎ Skills & Requirements:
∎ - 10+ Years of relevant industry experience.
∎ - Degree/Diploma in a Computer Science discipline and Industry certified PM Qualification (PMP/PRINCE2)
∎ - Technical Problem-Solving Skills
∎ - Extensive knowledge and Practical experience in Java 17
∎ - Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Integration
∎ - Extensive experience in DB
∎ - Experience with JavaScript
∎ - Experience in DevOps
∎ - Experience with Linux
∎ - Experience in Docker & Git
∎ - Experience working in an Agile
∎ Project Planning
∎ - Able to deconstruct complex sets of interrelated tasks into clear and structured plans
∎ - Ability to produce high-quality summary information for executive stakeholders on a regular basis.
∎ - Ability to ensure robust risk review around delivery or solution in a project environment
∎ Project Management & Tracking

∎ Our standard Salary ranges are very Competitive, however are willing to further negotiate where required.
