Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- 8 years of professional experience in inclusive and gender-responsive project implementation.
- 5 years of professional experience in implementing feminist and LNOB approaches, project management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support the Team Leader in achieving contract goals and project deliverables.
Provide thematic expertise on gender inclusion and gender-responsive implementation.
Deliver technical training.
Conduct iterative reviews and adapt training methodologies based on feedback from the Team and stakeholders.
Facilitate capacity development workshops and coaching sessions for municipal administration staff.
Organize, facilitate, and moderate project events and workshops.
Provide guidance to teams on assignment-specific challenges, applying innovative problem-solving methods to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
