• Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, or other relevant fields

• 8 years of professional experience in inclusive and gender-responsive project implementation.
• 5 years of professional experience in implementing feminist and LNOB approaches, project management.

• Support the Team Leader in achieving contract goals and project deliverables.

• Provide thematic expertise on gender inclusion and gender-responsive implementation.

• Deliver technical training.

• Conduct iterative reviews and adapt training methodologies based on feedback from the Team and stakeholders.

• Facilitate capacity development workshops and coaching sessions for municipal administration staff.

• Organize, facilitate, and moderate project events and workshops.

• Provide guidance to teams on assignment-specific challenges, applying innovative problem-solving methods to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
