Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali
∎ Read, count and write to complete all documentation
∎ Possess basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
∎ Operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation
∎ Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different baking methods
∎ Inform to customers our specials or signature products.
∎ Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guest
∎ Serve food and beverage to guests
∎ Receive guest payments and process transactions
∎ Clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards
∎ Follow company (SOP)
∎ Must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgment, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure
∎ Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure
∎ Perform any other duties as directed by your Manager
∎ Assists in the opening and/or closing of the restaurant
∎ Ability to perform all functions at the outlet level, including delivery and toilet cleaning when and if needed
∎ Assist with management of stock, wastage and sales figures

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a waiter in a high volume restaurant
∎ Good organization and administrative skills
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Basic Microsoft and Excel skills.

Salary: Negotiable
