Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize and control a full schedule of preschool or primary school activities.
∎ Organize basic care-giving activities.
∎ Teach and supervise all preschool or primary school activities.
∎ Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, art and craft etc.) to enhance the child's abilities.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of school equipment, materials and toys.
∎ Evaluate children's performance to ensure they are on the right learning track.
∎ Collaborate with other colleagues Adhere with the School's teaching standards and regulations.
∎ Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and developmental needs of children.
∎ Provide guidance to teachers on lesson planning and instructional strategies.
∎ Observe, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
∎ Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching skills.
∎ Student Progress Monitoring:
∎ Assess the academic and developmental progress of students through observation and data analysis.
∎ Collaborate with teachers to address the needs of struggling students.
∎ Ensure classrooms are safe, engaging, and conducive to learning.
∎ Support teachers in managing classroom behavior effectively.
∎ Act as a liaison between teachers and parents, addressing concerns and sharing progress updates.
∎ Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to foster collaboration.
∎ Ensure adherence to school policies, educational regulations, and safety protocols.
∎ Handle schedules, resource allocation, and documentation related to the preschool and primary sections.
∎ Address conflicts or concerns involving students, parents, or staff in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Mediate and find solutions to challenges in the classroom or school environment.
∎ We are looking for Teachers & Supervisors who are willing to demonstrate their skills and provide learning for development of our children. EIS is the only school in Rangpur to provide specialized education for preschool kids along with primary section and O and A Level.
∎ Teachers’ responsibilities:
