• Oversee and implement school policies, rules, and regulations aligned with the institution's vision and Islamic values.
• Inspire and guide the school community towards achieving academic excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning across the school’s programs.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school culture grounded in Islamic principles.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of educators, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Engage actively with parents, students, and the community to build strong relationships.
