Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed) or any other relevant subject from any reputed universities/institutions
∎ Candidate with higher educational qualification will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): teaching and training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing year-long teacher training programs and modules for different schools and colleges
∎ Arranging and conducting training for teachers of different schools and colleges as per module and schedule
∎ Evaluating and tracking teachers' improvement and effectiveness of training programs
∎ Maintaining liaison with different institutions and offices (Government and Non-government) as and when required
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should be proficient in English & Bangla
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have excellent ICT knowledge

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered to the ideal candidate.
