Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor and Master degree of Special Education at a reputed university or institute.
∎ Certificate On Disability Management & Education (CDMED) or/ and Post Graduate Bachelor of Special Education (BSED) course completion in terms of other subject degree.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Special Educator and a Physical Education teacher for session 2022-2023.
∎ Requirement of Special Educators who are enthusiastic, dynamic and want to utilize full potentialities in teaching areas. Must be efficient in English and Bangla Language.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make plans for effective physical education classes of any grade level.
∎ Conduct classes in order to explore full potentialities of students.
∎ Evaluate students' with multidimensional activities along with maintaining portfolio.
∎ Compulsory academic responsibilities related to students assessment and other duties related with course and position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only experienced candidates will be preferred, with a minimum of five years of teaching experience.
∎ Candidates with IB, American, or Canadian backgrounds will be preferred with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
∎ Teaching/Training, Education Counseling and computer skills (Excel, Google Classroom, visual learning).
∎ Minimum 5 years on service experience from any special school.
∎ Ability to manage any kind of special need child in regular classroom setting.
∎ Good implementing skill of inclusive education and mainstream education.
∎ Good knowledge about modifying and /or simplifying curriculum.
∎ Ability to write formal screening report due to refer for full formalized assessment
∎ Work experience on Canadian curriculum will be consider as additional skills
∎ Excellent computer literacy skills (MS office, zoom, illustrator etc.
∎ A high level of proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
∎ Experience in modifying curriculum according to the need.
∎ Able to observe and prepare screening reports very professionally.
