∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge of teaching & at least 03 years’ experience in respective subject according to Nation Curriculum Syllabus for Middle School.
∎ Good skill in prepare syllabus, session plan, question papers & mark schemes of National Curriculum standard.
∎ Candidates residing or local to Savar, Dhamrai, Ashulia area will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
∎ To prepare lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
∎ Assess student learning through various forms of assessment such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
∎ Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
