• Post Graduate from any Reputed University

• Candidates must have good knowledge of teaching & at least 10 years’ experience in education sector  according to Nation Curriculum Syllabus for Middle School.

• Assist the school principal in management of student affairs, including strategic planning and placement of students as well as administration of student programmers.

• Assist the school principal in overall school organization and administration matters.

• Assist to ensure security and emergency planning for the school.

• Ensure service excellence initiatives and delivery of quality of service to stakeholders.

• Provide good communication, publicity and management of public feedback.

• Strategically plan and manage resources of the school.      

• The Vice Principal should have a passion for education and working with youths.    

• Good skills in handling student discipline and training staffs, meeting with parents and planning emergency drills.

• He/She should have overall Planning of school improvements.
