Responsibilities & Context:
∎ World School of Bangladesh, an English Medium School based in Shimultoli, Gazipur, is seeking 3 passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teachers to join our team.
∎ As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to students and their families. The medium of instruction of our school is English. So, the ideal candidates should be proficient in both spoken and written English.
∎ Starting from Grade 8, students prepare for the University of Cambridge International Examinations for IGCSE O and A Levels, which the British Council in Dhaka conducts.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for young children
∎ • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
∎ • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
∎ • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
∎ • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns
∎ • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
