Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with the lead teacher to monitor class schedules and activities.
∎ Assisting teachers with preparing materials and setting up equipment.
∎ Providing support to O-level students with minor issues.
∎ Occasionally checking scripts.
∎ Documenting student progress and communicating with parents to keep them informed.
∎ Managing small daily accounts.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: The benefit is provided twice yearly (equivalent to half of the salary each time) and is available after a minimum of three months of service.
∎ Opportunity to work as a private tutor with attractive tuition fees.
∎ Successful candidates with 2 years of experience as TAs with us may be promoted to lead teachers in schools, colleges, and even universities, depending on their performance and academic results.
∎ May require travel outside Dhaka once a month; TA & DA provided.
