Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining KPI according to SLA & Monitoring network performance, alarms of both IP/SIP based system & TDMA based system and take necessary action according to the problem severity.
∎ Prepare different kind of Performance reports.
∎ Good Knowledge and understanding of IP Datacom Network, Linux Server & SQL + Oracle Database
∎ Capable of doing shift duty
∎ Maintain different Network equipment, switch, Router, server.
∎ Ensure timely response of all the tickets.
∎ Be willing to take on extra responsibilities in order to achieve the goals/objectives set by the organization.
∎ Manage relationships with external vendors & customers, Govt agencies, governing bodies focusing on performance management against agreed SLA's.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certification/work experiences in CCNA & Linux will get preference.
∎ Experience in Telecommunication industry will be given advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
