Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify, process, and track bills from vendors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Maintain records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
∎ Accurately enter data into the company's software system.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
∎ Generate reports related to bill processing and data entry.
∎ Maintain records of showroom merchandising and marketing materials, ensuring stock accuracy.
∎ Assist the marketing team with other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for an entry-level professional to support our Marketing Operations team by managing bill processing, vendor coordination, and stock/inventory tracking of showroom marketing materials. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in computer applications.
