Educational Requirements:
∎ MA in English from a reputed university, minimum CGPA 3.5

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the English Zone, serving as a valuable student support service for language skills improvement
∎ Design and execute programs to engage and enhance students' language skills
∎ Organize and schedule academic English learning tutorials and workshops for all ULAB students, collaborating with suitable facilitators
∎ Facilitate workshops when necessary to support the language learning needs of ULAB students
∎ Lead and train a team of peer tutors, including selection, scheduling, monitoring, and supervision
∎ Design and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness of English Zone activities
∎ Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote the English Zone and its offerings
∎ Prepare the annual event calendar, budget, and reports ensuring effective planning and evaluation of activities
∎ Manage event publicity and registrations to maximize participation and engagement
∎ Collaborate closely with different administrative offices, departments, and clubs to provide targeted services and support
∎ Provide assistance and support for School of Arts and Humanities events and programs as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English & Bangla
∎ Excellent writing skills in English
∎ Detail-oriented, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to develop priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Strong people skills and ability to work with students, faculty, and admin
∎ Technically competent (email, G Suite, Excel, social media, etc.)
∎ Empathetic
∎ Experience in managing a team is a plus
