Responsibilities & Context:
Full-time and permanent job
Guard Sourcing and monitoring of Sub-zone
Handling emergencies at the client`s venue
Working on leave management and processing of Guard Administration.
Client visit and necessary solutions
Record keeping of new guards and those leaving
Collection of daily attendance confirmation from under command officer.
Reconciliation of guard attendance at the post weekly basis.
Conduct site surveys at prospective client`s venues.
Prepared post-wise weekly roaster and deployed the guards/supervisor as per roaster.
Maintain attendance, leave and absenteeism.
Provide quality service to the customer.
Monitors discipline of Guards and supervisors.
Routine inspection and coordination with the customer and collection of feedback.
Evaluate the performance of the guards and supervisor.
Ensure the welfare and benefits of guards as per company policy.
Handle police cases if any theft or burglary incident happens.
Any other job assigned by a Senior officer.
