Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor, coordinate, and conduct field visits to ensure daily man-guarding operations in the assigned area.
∎ Ensure compliance with operational standards, discipline, and duty punctuality of security personnel within the area of responsibility.
∎ Recruit and source security guards to meet operational requirements.
∎ Maintain and update guard rosters, shift schedules, and leave management records.
∎ Respond promptly to any operational emergencies and ensure effective crisis management.
