Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate existing educational programs, systems, and structures and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Conducts assessments to determine the educational needs of clients or institutions. 3.
∎ Evaluate educational strategies and resources and propose evidence-based solutions.
∎ Helps Students /clients identify the most relevant educational and training programs to meet their career goals.
∎ Ensures educational programs comply with relevant standards and provides training and professional development sessions on best practices for educators to achieve those goals.
∎ Recommends and implements technology solutions, guides integrating technology in the classroom, and evaluates the impact of technology on student learning outcomes.
∎ Builds student/client relationships, manages expectations, and provides excellent customer service and support.
∎ Keeps abreast of current educational policies, regulations, trends, and research.
