Job Context:

You will ideally have an understanding of/ interest in students, education, Higher education abroad , International students recruitment . ∎ Senior Counsellor position for UK,CANADA,USA and Australian University Admission at Dhaka branch Branch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information to students and their guardians regarding universities in Canada USA, Australia and UK.
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/ maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university's international office/ admission office.
∎ Coordinating the Admissions Manager/ Student Visa Application Officer/ Compliance Manager
∎ This is an exiting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students' life. You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying in the UK,USA,CANADA ,Australia . Your responsibilities would include converting enquiries into applications, and then enrolments to our partner universities.
∎ Lead Call enquires who registered / attended our Events
∎ You will also contact students via phone, email, text.
∎ Meet students face to face
∎ Assess Enquiries / Applications Academic background
∎ Discuss Student options at lead stage based on their financial suitability
∎ Attend Education Events overseas
∎ Plan Recruitment Trips in target market
∎ Process Applications to Partner Universities
∎ Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow up.
∎ Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrolment to our operations team and partner universities
∎ Liaise with Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in ethical and compliant manner.
∎ Ability to self motivate and self manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
∎ Ability to handle targets and exceed goals
∎ Understand Conversion techniques to meet target.
∎ Understanding of fast and timely response to increase conversion.
∎ Liaise with our Partner Universities in professional and timely manner.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements of studying in abroad
∎ Understanding the different admissions policies of our partners & universities
∎ Ability to work within a team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skill in English (Preference will be given with background from 'O' and 'A' level, or candidates who scored 7.0 or above in IELTS).
∎ Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Education Consultancy industry.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to work in a team
∎ Must have strong computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things
∎ Our office is at Dhanmondi 32 signal, we will prefer candidates living nearby, or have the quality of being punctual at work.
∎ We expect the candidates to be polite, patient, honest and dedicated to the work.
