Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role is to handle the university in association with Edvoy.
∎ Experience in handling university in the past.
∎ Identify and recruit new agents and introducers to expand our network of student referrals.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with agents to drive student recruitment and enrolment.
∎ Provide training and support to agents on our platform, services, and processes.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase student referrals and enrolment through agents.
∎ Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and agent management.
