Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guiding and counseling the clients/students regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and provide help to pursue their goals.
∎ Consulting with the students and guardians over the phone about admission procedures of foreign universities.
∎ Organize various orientation programs and workshops for all international students and coordinate with campus student service providers.
∎ Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
∎ Processing application, facilitating admissions and student enrolments, Recruitment of students to Colleges, Universities, and Institutes around the world.
∎ Creating and maintaining visitors Databases, and regular follow-up them.
∎ Hosting Seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services and build good relationships.
∎ Preparing necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem & report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Communicate through Facebook (social media), email & web chat.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of foreign education systems.
∎ Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Visible orientation towards having high-quality service and integral part of work ethics.
∎ Computer skills including, Word, Excel.
∎ Working knowledge of international student document process.
∎ Excellent communication skills as a counselor.
∎ Strong problem resolution skills.
