- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Demonstrated traits of politeness, patience, honesty, and loyalty to work.

Responsibilities & Context:
We're looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our expanding team as Student Counselors for New Zealand / Canada / the UK / Australia at CSB Study Abroad - Sylhet Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information to students and their guardians regarding universities in New Zealand / Canada / the UK / Australia.
- Prepare and submit applications for admission to partner universities, managing all necessary formalities with university admission offices.
- Offer thorough assistance throughout the documentation and student visa processing procedures.
- Collaborate within a team to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned client groups.
- Report to the account manager regularly.
