∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing or a similar role (Education sector preferred)
∎ Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferably in the education or training sector).
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
∎ Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM software.
∎ High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
∎ Knowledge of international and domestic education systems.
∎ Familiarity with student visa processes and study abroad programs.

∎ Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from provided databases or leads.
∎ Provide accurate information about courses, institutions, admission processes and visa requirements.
∎ Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable academic options.
∎ Schedule and confirm appointments for counseling sessions.
∎ Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
∎ Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and leads using CRM tools.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls, appointments.
∎ Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management team.
