• Age 18 to 30 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in Student Counseling/Visa Processing.

• Strong communication skills in both English & Bangla.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and Email correspondence.

• Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa processes, requirements, and documentation for different countries.

• Verify, prepare, and organize all necessary documents such as passport, bank statements, and invitation letters.

• Assist clients in filling out and submitting online visa application forms.

• Guide clients with visa fees, embassy appointments, and biometric procedures.

• Keep clients updated about tourist, student, work, and business visa requirements and policies.

• Analyze each client’s profile to assess visa eligibility and success probability.

• Communicate and coordinate with embassies or consulates for follow-ups.

• Train and guide clients for visa interviews and mock sessions.

• Provide solutions for issues or rejections that may occur during the visa application process.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure professional, reliable service.
