Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for experienced student counselor and visa officer for multiple destinations, particularly for the USA, UK, Australia, Ireland and Europe.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Assist students in understanding admission requirements and help them select suitable academic programmes based on their qualifications and interests.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students' academic and career aspirations.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities for various countries.
- Support students in preparing documents, such as application forms, SOPs, recommendation letters, and financial statements.
- Maintain a strong relationship with international universities and institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Address students' concerns and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the admission and visa process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.
- Keep records of students' progress and follow up regularly to ensure their needs are met.
