Job Context:
∎ Looking for experienced student counselor for Australia, UK & USA.
∎ Job Location Dhaka (Mohakhali DOHS)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing up-to-date information to students and their guardians regarding Australia, UK and USA admission and visa process.
∎ Assessing university applications and supporting documents, including Statement-of-Purpose (SOP), to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/ maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university's international office/ admission office.
∎ Coordinating the Admissions Manager/ Student Visa Application Officer/ Compliance Manager.
∎ Greeting with clients in person and over phone.
∎ Develop new relationships to grow business and aid expansion efforts
∎ Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability
∎ Students counseling, Follow up calls & emails.
∎ Maintaining good communication with clients and build a strong relation with client.
∎ Plan Recruitment Trips in the target market
∎ Understanding entry requirements of studying in UK, USA Australia
∎ Understanding the different admission policies of our competitors, partners, and other universities
∎ Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach and exceed goals
∎ Ability to work within a team and meet the target
∎ File Processing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skills in English (Preference will be given with background from 'O' and 'A' level, or candidates who scored 7.0 or above in IELTS).
∎ Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the Education Consultancy industry.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to work in a team
∎ Must have strong computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things
∎ Our office is at Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, we will prefer candidates living nearby, or have the quality of being punctual at work.
∎ We expect the candidates to be polite, patient, honest and dedicated to the work.
