Experience:

• At least 1 years

• Bachelor/Hons. Degree

• At least 1 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 1 year of education counselling experience

• Excellent active listening and communication skills

• Experience in CRM software

• Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills

• Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language

Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive application package that includes all necessary documents, expertly manage the university portfolio, and efficiently submit student applications through the online portal.

• Provide essential support to students as they navigate cultural adaptation and successfully integrate into the academic community.

• Offer informed guidance on visa regulations, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and assist students in maintaining their legal student status.

• Engage with students empathetically, listening to their academic, financial, emotional, social, and motivational concerns in a welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere.

• Collaborate directly with students to identify and address their challenges, develop effective solutions, and set achievable goals.

• Deliver personalized career guidance and skills assessments to empower students in their career development.

• Help students craft compelling admissions applications that highlight their strengths.

• Plan and organize enriching cultural events, workshops, and seminars to equip students with the information they need to thrive in a new country.

• Stay informed on the latest changes in immigration laws and proactively communicate these updates to students.

• Showcase your extensive knowledge of student admission processes for countries including Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, New Zealand ensuring students are well-prepared for their future academic journeys.
