The candidate must be dedicated, punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented. She must take full ownership of her responsibilities, maintain a professional attitude, and ensure regular attendance. 100% attendance is expected, except in unavoidable circumstances approved by management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Student Counseling and Course Guidance
    Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and in-person meetings. Understand each student’s academic background, professional experience, and career goals before recommending the most suitable course.

  2. Professional Course Promotion and Sales
    Promote and explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, duration, certification, fees, and career opportunities of the following programs:

    • Occupational Health and Safety courses

    • IOSH, OSHA, Fire Safety, Work at Height, Scaffolding, Rigging and Lifting courses

    • ISO Lead Auditor courses

    • Engineering professional qualifications

    • Medical and healthcare-related professional programs

    • Management, technical, and postgraduate diploma programs

  3. Admission Conversion and Enrollment Confirmation
    Follow up with interested candidates, respond to queries professionally, explain payment plans, encourage timely enrollment, and convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

  4. International Student Handling
    Provide dedicated support to international applicants by explaining course delivery methods, eligibility requirements, payment procedures, class schedules, certification processes, and required documents. Maintain clear and professional communication with overseas students.

  5. Lead Management and Follow-Up
    Maintain an organized database of new inquiries, interested students, pending admissions, confirmed enrollments, and completed follow-ups. Update lead status regularly using the institute’s CRM, spreadsheet, or internal system.

  6. Admission Documentation
    Collect and verify required student information and documents, including academic certificates, identification documents, contact details, professional experience records, and payment confirmation receipts.

  7. Payment Coordination
    Explain course fees, discounts, admission fees, and installment options clearly. Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm payments and update student records accordingly.

  8. Student Support After Admission
    Provide enrolled students with class schedules, joining instructions, learning-platform access, course materials, assessment guidelines, and relevant academic updates.

  9. Communication and Relationship Management
    Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with students. Handle complaints, clarify concerns, and ensure that each student receives timely support throughout the admission journey.

  10. Daily Reporting and Performance Tracking
    Prepare daily and weekly reports covering:

  • Number of inquiries received

  • Calls and follow-ups completed

  • Course-wise interested students

  • Confirmed admissions

  • Pending payments

  • International student inquiries

  • Conversion performance

  1. Social Media Inquiry Handling
    Respond promptly to inquiries generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, website forms, and other digital platforms.

  2. Coordination with Internal Teams
    Work closely with the academic, marketing, accounts, and technical teams to ensure a smooth admission process and a professional student experience.

  3. Target Achievement
    Meet monthly admission and revenue targets through effective counseling, structured follow-up, and professional communication.

  4. Professional Representation
    Represent Global OSHAcademy professionally in all communication and maintain confidentiality regarding student information, course pricing policies, and internal records.
