• Bachelor/Honors

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Sketch).
• Experience designing for web, social media, and digital content.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for creating educational materials that engage and inform users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating educational content, e-learning platforms, or training materials.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or experience working in learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing for educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for online/offline courses, promotional materials, website content, social media, and email campaigns.

• Design e-learning templates, infographics, charts, and other educational visuals to support our training programs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistency in design and messaging across all materials.

• Optimize designs for various digital platforms, ensuring they meet technical requirements and display correctly across devices.

• Develop branding materials such as brochures, posters, and presentations.

• Stay updated with design trends and software to continuously improve the quality and creativity of your work.
