Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students about courses, admissions, and career options.
Handle student enquiries in person, by phone, and online.
Maintain student records and follow up with interested students.
Assist students throughout the admission process.
Provide basic counselling to help students make informed decisions.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams when needed.
Participate in student orientations and counselling sessions.
