• Proficiency in English and Bengali, both written and spoken.

• High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical practices.

• Provide personalized educational consultancy services to students seeking higher education opportunities both locally and internationally.

• Guide students through the application process for universities, including document preparation, submission, and follow-ups.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students` academic and career aspirations and provide appropriate advice.

• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and fairs to promote educational opportunities and Optimus Global Bangladesh services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, university programs, and scholarship opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
