Patronus Education is a growing education consultancy. We are looking for a student-focused and well-communicated professional who will handle student admissions and provide basic counselling support, including initial study abroad guidance when required.

As the organization is in its early stage, study abroad counselling needs will be occasional in the beginning. However, we aim to build this capability in-house, and the appointed person should have foundational knowledge to guide interested students confidently and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Student Admission & Counselling

• Respond to student and guardian inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and online)

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, schedules, fees, and admission procedures

• Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into enrollments

• Maintain a respectful, humble, and student-friendly approach at all times

Study Abroad Guidance (Occasional)

• Provide initial-level counselling on study abroad options (countries, universities, intakes)

• Explain general eligibility criteria and basic documentation requirements

• Support students in understanding the overall application pathway

• Escalate complex or advanced cases to management when necessary

  Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the management in line with organizational requirements.
