1. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure optimal inventory turnover to prevent shortages or overstocking.

2. Place orders with suppliers, verify incoming deliveries, inspect quality, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

3. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to minimize waste and ensure the freshness of perishable goods,

4. Safely store goods, categorize items for easy retrieval, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage areas.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of transactions, generate reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and identify trends for better forecasting.

6. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and seek cost-effective procurement solutions.
