∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience: 2-4 years in a kitchen stewarding or dishwashing supervisory role.
∎ Leadership: Ability to manage a team and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Hygiene & Safety: Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments.
∎ Attention to Detail: Ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage the dishwashing team, ensuring efficiency and proper workflow.
∎ Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly.
∎ Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.
∎ Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
∎ Train and guide the stewarding team on proper cleaning techniques and hygiene practices.
∎ Assist in waste management and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
∎ Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely availability of clean kitchenware.
∎ We are looking for a Steward Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our dishwashing team, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen stewarding, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
