Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pan Asian Chef to join our culinary team. The Asian Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality Asian dishes, specializing in Asian cooking techniques. This individual must have a deep understanding of Asian culinary traditions, flavors, and ingredients, as well as proficiency in using woks and other specialized cooking equipment. The CDP Chef will collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and consistently deliver delicious dishes that meet our standards of excellence. Working alongside head chef and looking into entire kitchen day to day Mis-en-place and kitchen operation.


Key Responsiblity:

  • Prepare a variety of Asian dishes, including stir-fries, noodle dishes, fried rice, and other wok-cooked specialties.

  • Execute cooking techniques specific to wok cooking, including high-heat stir-frying, deep-frying, and steaming.

  • Ensure the freshness, quality, and consistency of ingredients used in all dishes.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the wok station area, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in wok cooking techniques and proper food handling procedures.
