Responsibilities & Context:
∎ বিল্ডিং পরিষ্কার করা বা ক্লিনারদের একটি দল তদারকি করা বাগান করা এবং ল্যান্ডস্কেপ দায়িত্ব পালন করা বা এই ভূমিকাগুলিতে অন্যদের তত্ত্বাবধান করা।
∎ হিটিং, কুলিং, লাইটিং এবং অ্যালার্ম সিস্টেমগুলি সহ বিল্ডিং পরিদর্শন করা যাতে তারা ভাল কাজের ক্রমে আছে তা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রয়োজন অনুসারে মৌলিক মেরামত এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজগুলি সম্পাদন করা।
∎ বড় মেরামতের জন্য সোর্সিং, বুকিং এবং তত্ত্বাবধানকারী ঠিকাদার পরিচ্ছন্নতার সামগ্রী, সরঞ্জাম এবং আসবাবপত্র পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুসারে পুনরায় সাজানো।
∎ ভাড়ার জন্য উপলব্ধ যেকোন বিল্ডিং বা কক্ষের বুকিং পরিচালনা করা দিনের শুরুতে বিল্ডিং খোলা এবং কাজ না থাকলে সব দরজা-জানালা লক করা প্রত্যেকের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ কাজের পরিবেশ তৈরি করতে কোম্পানির নিরাপত্তা নীতি মেনে চলা।
∎ ক্লায়েন্টদের ব্যক্তিগত যত্নের কাজগুলিতে সহায়তা করা।
∎ ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন সহায়তা।
∎ ঔষধ ব্যবস্থাপনা।
∎ গৃহস্থালির দায়িত্ব।
