∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in Online/Retail Marketing.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent communication both written and verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
∎ Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
∎ Knowledge of the online market is preferred.
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in Online/Retail Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
∎ Support the Sales Officer in daily and weekly meetings and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Monitoring, preparing and listing daily market feedback communication with Sales Officers provided by the Lecture General team.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Train, mentor, Maintain KPI and motivate the SO to ensure high performance and productivity.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and implement improvements as necessary.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
∎ Prepare the daily sales reporting with product requirements to the Manager Distributing and reporting promotional activities.
∎ Plan on seminar arrangements, cross-promotional engagement, Posting and monitoring Social Media Handles.
∎ Help create plans to connect with consumers through the App digitally for the long term.
∎ This position requires occasional travel.
∎ The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate client meetings, events, or deadlines.
∎ Expected to work six days a week with one day off, as workload demands may necessitate longer working hours.
∎ In Seasonal Demands, seven-day workweek may occur.
