Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies and services for the assigned product portfolio to meet the organizational objective. Evaluating marketing strategies, market conditions, competitors` activities and implementing marketing plan.
Key Job Responsibilities
To prepare marketing plan of assigned products and ensure implementation & monitoring.
To plan and administer the promotional budget and to manage all aspects of promotional materials arrangement.
To maintain professional relationship with the society members of the respective therapeutic group.
To organize and attend different seminars, symposiums, RTM, workshops & clinical meetings of the assigned portfolio.
To provide support, services and inputs for recruitment and training of Sales Force to upgrade their skill and knowledge of the assigned portfolio.
