Frista Group is expanding its global Business Intelligence delivery capability to support a major European manufacturing organization. We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Frontend & Analytics Consultant who can bridge the gap between business and technology by turning complex data into meaningful insights.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BI professional who enjoys working directly with international stakeholders and influencing business decisions through data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and analytical priorities

• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures

• Design, develop, and optimize executive-level dashboards in Microsoft Power BI

• Build and maintain scalable semantic models and reusable reporting datasets

• Develop advanced calculations and business logic using DAX

• Standardize reporting structures across multiple business domains

• Challenge ambiguous requirements and recommend better reporting approaches

• Collaborate closely with backend data engineering teams for seamless data delivery

• Ensure reports are intuitive, visually professional, and decision-focused

• Drive continuous improvement of reporting quality and user experience
  
  Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI frontend development

  • Proven experience working with international or enterprise clients

  • Exposure to SAP reporting environments will be highly valued

  Additional Requirements

  Technical Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI

  • Strong command of DAX and data modeling

  • Experience in KPI design and analytics storytelling

  • Understanding of enterprise reporting governance

  • Familiarity with SAP-based reporting environments

  Professional Skills
