∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Sr. Officer/Officer to join our school admission department. The responsibilities of the Sr. Officer/Officer will process the school admission of students, maintain affiliation with universities and deliver assigned tasks timely. The job also includes supporting the emotional and professional growth of students and parents, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, information sessions, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
∎ To complete the process successfully, you should treat all students/ Parents with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ultimately, a top-notch Sr. Officer/Officer has a strong level of reviewing documents, guide students how to prepare themselves and what are the requirements and preparations for the process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on International student admission application through school.
∎ Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essay etc. for admission application (Excellent writing skill)
∎ Working with remote team members and independently manage work-flow coordination
∎ An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams etc. Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
∎ Email communication with schools and with any stakeholders
∎ Familiar with Bank Statement, Bank Solvency, FDR, Bank Account, land/property deed etc.
∎ Knowledge about Visa & Immigration services & process
∎ Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking
∎ Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow up with client and team members
∎ Excellent English language skills
∎ Be pro-active, efficient and must be punctual
∎ Ability to work under pressure, independently and unsupervised
∎ Daily reporting to Supervisor and department Manager
∎ Any ad-hoc duties provided by the supervisor/line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Education (Schooling) Consultancy & Visa Process for Canada & USA
∎ Applicants from the same industry background will get preference.
∎ Professional Certification: any professional course
∎ Training/ Trade Course: any certification course
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
