Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production documents (MBPR)
Maintain adequate and accurate records for controlling and monitoring conformity to specified PIC/S GMP and statutory requirements
Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with PIC/S GMP standards
Organize production schedule to ensure smooth and efficient produc-tion operation
Solve any practical problems in manufacturing
Provide staff training, team supporting and coaching
Maintain the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of Production Depart-ment
Coordinate with other departments on production schedule and validation arrangement
Monitor the daily production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the production schedule
Manage maintenance of production facilities and equipment
Job Location: Factory (Barabo, Tarabo, Rupgonj, Narayangonj)
