Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for developing and delivering the manufacturing accounts by undertaking financial and operational reviews to identify risks and ensure that they are effectively managed.
∎ Job Location : Gazipur (Borobari and Sreepur-Mawna)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and monitoring of financial controls in respect of expenses, materials procurement and utilization as it affects the Plant. Collecting and analyzing data about plant's operational costs.
∎ Support in setting standard costs of manufactured goods. Developing and analyzing cost standards.
∎ Establishing the process of analysis of costs of business processes such as, Manufacturing, utility cost, administration, labor, delivery, support functions, etc.
∎ Performing account reconciliations.
∎ Responsible for preparation of plant accounts, analysis of their financials and expenses monitoring.
∎ Leading a team of staff responsible for the maintaining plant financial and accounting functions. Monitor Cash disbursement procedure at plant.
∎ Monitor Compliance with approved Annual Estimates (Budget) and Long Term Plan and business performance.
∎ Quarterly assessment and review of stocks and provisions to determine their adequacy in line with IFRS. Collect and validate data for Product costing for the Plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5/6 years in Manufacturing Accounts (F&A) functions.
∎ Textile companies manufacturing accounts functions related experience preferred.
∎ Essential Requirements :

∎ Have Problem solving and analytical skills.
