Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

MBA or M.Com in Accounting / Finance / Banking from any reputed University having no Third Class / Division / Equivalent GPA / CGPA in the Academic records and partly Qualified CA with relevant experience.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing

• At least 08 years and above practical experience in Bank/Financial Institutions in relevant field.

• Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFI rules & regulations.

• In-depth understanding of Tally and FinUltimus system.

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

• For higher deserving candidates requirements may be relaxed.

• Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning.

• Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.

• Ensure compliance with Regulatory, International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.

• Develop and implement finance, accounting, and billing procedures.

• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

• Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

• Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.

• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.

• Serve on planning and policy-making committees.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and Taxation planning, administration and compliance.

• Assist Chief Financial Officer to prepare Quarterly & Annually Financial Statement.

• Checking the Client wise Outstanding Balance prepared by Junior.

• Prepare Price Sensitive Information (PSI) Statement for every quarter and annually.

• All kinds of Bangladesh Bank required Monthly Statement prepared in due time

• Any others task assigned by the Management.
