Job Context:
∎ As a Brand Operations Manager, you will need to ensure that the brands remain recognisable, innovative and exciting to the customers. You`ll plan ways to promote - and improve the public perception of the brands. You will also be responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
∎ This is a highly challenging and demanding role where the latest knowledge in digital marketing, branding, sales, and operations and experience in applying next-generation marketing concepts are required to perform well.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors
∎ Oversee, monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the designated brand
∎ Lead and be responsible on recruitment, interviews, selection, training and development of new employees
∎ Resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth and efcient operation
∎ Train, develop and motivate staf and ensure brand values are communicated consistently at all levels
∎ Formulate, direct, or coordinate promotional and sales activities or policies to promote products
∎ Evaluate the fnancial aspects of product development, such as budgets,expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and proft-loss projections
∎ Develop pricing strategies, balancing brand objectives and customer satisfaction
∎ Evaluate performance of marketing or sales staf and oversee their daily activities
∎ Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and proftability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
∎ Initiate market research studies and customer demand analysis, or analyze the fndings for further development
∎ Collaborate with the Supply Chain and other departments to meet the seasonal targets of the brand
∎ Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service
∎ Carry out KPIs and annual performance reviews of each team member in order to manage and motivate individuals as well as providing clear direction and support
∎ Recommend modifcations to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve oferings
∎ Ensure continuous growth and development of the brand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent numerical skills
∎ Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
∎ The ability to create innovative promotional programs to drive customer acquisition
∎ Expert level verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla with attention to details
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure as a dynamic problem solver
∎ Ability to take, drive and/or infuence strategic decisions
∎ Ability to manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service
∎ Ability to drive a high-volume of quality output, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries
∎ Thrives of a busy and dynamic environment
∎ Candidates must have a very strong command in English
∎ Experience in omni-channel marketing, business development and operations
∎ E-commerce, retail and B2C experience will get preference
∎ Minimum 5+ year(s) experience in relevant felds
