∎ Proficient in Accounting and ERP-based software
∎ Strong analytical and reporting skills
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, committed, and results-driven
∎ Candidates with a background in the garments industry will be prioritized
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience
∎ Prior experience in Garments, Textile, and Garment Accessories industries is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Finance & Accounts team under the guidance of the Department Head
∎ Oversee accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal affairs, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relations, partnership compliance, and both private and institutional financing
∎ Develop financial strategies by contributing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations aligned with the organization's strategic direction
∎ Possess sound knowledge of legal and regulatory issues specific to the RMG sector
∎ Manage banking operations, including loan processing, mortgages, land deeds, and arranging credit facilities such as term loans, project finance, trade finance, and factoring
∎ Conduct investment analyses and feasibility studies for new projects, investments, and expansion initiatives
∎ Oversee smooth cash disbursement and payment processes by verifying supporting documentation
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, service tax) and timely regulatory reporting
∎ Ensure that accounting practices adhere to applicable accounting standards and complete all required statutory reporting
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by senior management
