∎ Job Location: 25/25, Tajmahal Road, Block - C, BFDL, Majumdar Bari, 1st Floor, H/Q of CAC.
∎ We are searching for a dedicated and experienced IT expert to join our team.
∎ Working hour: From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (6 days a week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems and make sure that all departments IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ All types of report generate from SQL Database as per company policy
∎ Working with Network & IT infrastructure solutions.
∎ Teams meeting for AI base application development
∎ IT base knowledge share among application team
∎ Support Online Commercial Software
∎ Training and knowledge transfer to our customers.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills.
∎ An IELTS score is mandatory.
Salary:
∎ 25,000 BDT to 40,000 BDT (Subject to open discussion and negotiation)
