To develop and review goals based on the Management's objectives, communicate them to the team and ensure these targets are met. Act as a middle point for Management and employees.
To ensure stores are performing as per their daily targets and responsible for the store's P&L.
To review progress as compared to goals, budgets, and targets and provide daily, weekly and monthly updates in this regard.
To create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
To direct the conception and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that amplify brand visibility and resonate with diverse target audiences.
To develop performance standards and communicate the Key Performance/Result Areas (KPA/KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each staff and monitor / grade their progress accordingly
To foster a consistent and compelling brand identity across all touch points, reinforcing our distinctive market positioning.
To provide opportunities for employee advancement and career growth. To drive Manpower productivity and sales.
To prepare and present annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans with strategies and promotion mix and negotiate the budget with Management.
To implement the marketing plan, select the best possible media vehicle while optimizing the cost and benefits within the approved budget.
To design and implement robust training programs that empower our store and head office staff with in-depth product knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of our brand ethos.
To conduct competitive analysis and develop a retail vision strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
Report to Management on day-to-day operations, weekly overviews, monthly achievements and yearly forecasts.
Execute the other official tasks assigned by the Management.
Communicate with each Brand principal on a regular basis and ensure to meet their requirements on reporting, presentations and updates.
Create a yearly calendar for all brand trade shows, meetings, and other in person requirements ahead of time and share with Management.
Provide the monthly budget 15 days before the following month (I.e. for the October month budget, Management and Finance should jointly receive this by September 15th).
Communicate order requirements for the year in annual budget for Finance and also provide monthly reminders ahead of time for when orders need to be placed.
Create a profit / loss statement for each month and share this by the last day of the month with Management.
Regularly work with and communicate updates to HR, Finance, Admin, Audit and
Any other reporting changes requested by Management as and when.
