Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare operation bulletin with standard time and analyze process and motion to reduce cycle time and SAM.
∎ Find out WIP for running style and calculate input requirement daily & submit to KANBAN.
∎ Study next input plan and find out new machine/guide/folder and manpower requirement.
∎ Checkout inventory management system and find out stock abnormality.
∎ Study critical path management system and make action plan for risk zone style.
∎ Study and analyze motion and method study to improve process capacity.
∎ Find out production abnormality and set action plan for improve production.
∎ Study NPT and find 3 high NPT reason and make action plan to reduce.
∎ Coordinate with cutting to packing department to ensure the set process sequencing without any failure.
∎ Analyze efficiency report and find out the low efficiency reason and set action plan for improve maximum efficiency.
∎ Find style wise line balancing percentage and set action plan to improve balancing percentage.
∎ Make KAIZEN report section and floor wise.
∎ Study and find system gap by VSM analysis.
∎ Follow-up each section 5S checklist and make report as per section wise.
∎ Develop and maintain SOP in each section.
∎ Design best operator utilization plan to minimize wastage of skill.
∎ Study lean and new IE tools and technique and try to implement.
