Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SaRa Lifestyle Ltd. a member of SNOWTEX Group, the premier fashion brand in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced Fashion Designer, especially in Men's wear & Women’s wear.
∎
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Analyze trends and industry data to find fresh concepts and fashions for Men's wear & Women’s wear.
∎ • Produce technical drawings and sketches for new designs.
∎ • Work together with the product development team to make sure designs are both cost-effective and practical for manufacturing.
∎ • Choose the right textiles for each design by closely collaborating with the fabric procurement team.
∎ • Create and keep up a library of samples and swatches of cloth.
∎ • Specify every design in great detail, including dimensions, materials, and building methods.
∎ • Keep an eye on the production procedure to guarantee that every design is produced to the greatest possible levels of quality.
∎ • To save costs and boost efficiency, the design and production processes should be continuously evaluated and improved.
∎ • Keep in constant contact with cross-functional teams to make sure that designs are moving forward on time.
∎ • Go to Market visits, trade exhibitions and other industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
