∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Visa processing, Air Ticketing and Visa processing, GDS SYSTEM, Reservation and ticketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tour and Travel Agency, sales and marketing, Tourist visa processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in Air Ticketing and Reservation SABER, Galileo and GDS systems.
∎ Must be familiar with Re-Issue, Re-Validation, Refund, Reschedule, and Fare Calculation.
∎ Experience in web-based airlines reservation systems.
∎ Experience in hotel booking and transfers.
∎ Organize travel from start to finish through ticket booking and accommodation, rental transport etc.
∎ Provide visa and tour package information to clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, Galileo, GDS SYSTEM, Reservation/ Ticketing
∎ Ability to effectively present and communicate with clients.
∎ Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive for overtime hours.
∎ Must be experienced with Air Ticketing Software GDS
∎ Must have advanced computer knowledge.
